Thirty (30) Day Return Policy

Return for refund or exchange/in-store credit is applicable to originally purchased item(s) returned with a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) and received by Tommer Pro Audio within thirty (30) calendar days of the original ship date and subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and/or exclusions described herein.

Returned item(s) not received by Tommer Pro Audio within thirty (30) calendar days of the original ship date may be assessed a restocking fee and/or may not be accepted for return.  Tommer Pro Audio not responsible for returns received without a valid RMA.

•  Item Must Be New And Unopened

Item(s) being returned for refund must be in new condition, undamaged, and in the original, sealed, unopened, undamaged packaging, and free of scuffs, dings, dirt, debris, tape, labels, scrapes, kinks, crimps, bends, and/or breaks, and still sealed in Manufacturer’s outermost wrap, bag, box, clamshell, container, and/or other OEM packaging for the individually sold item, and with intact tamper seals where applicable.

Returned item(s) must include all original packaging, accessories, instructions, manuals, and with all OEM as-supplied materials, items, and/or related content as applicable.
  Returned item(s) not received with all original packaging, accessories, instructions, manuals, and with all OEM as-supplied materials, items, and/or related content may be assessed a restocking fee and/or may not be accepted for return.

Refund Excludes Shipping Cost

Refund(s) applicable to product value only and excludes applicable shipping, handling, freight, and/or other transportation charges as described herein.

 

Terms/Conditions:  Exchange or In-Store Credit

•  Item Must Be Like-New

Item(s) being returned for exchange and/or in-store credit must be in like-new condition, undamaged, and in the original (and opened is ok) packaging.  Item(s) must show no signs of wear or use, and be free of scuffs, dings, dirt, debris, tape, labels, scrapes, kinks, crimps, bends, and/or breaks, and be coiled and/or packaged consistent with the OEM as-supplied condition.

•  All Of The Item Must Be Returned

Returned item(s) must include all original packaging, accessories, instructions, manuals, and with all OEM as-supplied materials, items, and/or related content as applicable.  Returned item(s) not received with all original packaging, accessories, instructions, manuals, and with all OEM as-supplied materials, items, and/or related content may be assessed a restocking fee and/or may not be accepted for return.

•  Exchange/Credit Excludes Shipping Cost

Exchange(s) for in-store credit applicable to product value only and excludes applicable shipping, handling, freight, and/or other transportation charges as described herein.

 

Return Material Authorization (RMA) Required For Returns

For quality assurance, Tommer Pro Audio requires an RMA for returned items.  To request an RMA, please visit our Contact Us page and submit the RMA request in the form fields provided.  Our goal is timeliness, with most RMA requests responded to within one (1) business day.  Tommer Pro Audio is not responsible for items returned without a valid RMA.

 

Shipping Requirements

Item(s) being returned for refund or exchange/in-store credit must be packaged appropriately for transit via common freight carrier and be in compliance with applicable shipping service’s specification(s) and/or minimum requirements.

All items being returned must be returned using a trackable shipping service.  All items valued at over one-hundred dollars ($100.00 USD) must be insured for the value of the merchandise and shipped with a signature shipping service.

Shipping, handling, insurance, delivery, confirmation, and/or other charges to return item(s) and accomplish delivery to Tommer Pro Audio are the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise specified.

 

Incoming Inspection

Tommer Pro Audio may evaluate, inspect, and/or test item(s) returned with a valid RMA and prorate the returned item(s) value based on its condition upon return.  Item(s) found to be in a new and unopened condition, consistent with the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions described herein, are applicable towards refund.  Item(s) found to be in a like-new open-box condition, consistent with the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions described herein, are applicable towards exchange and/or in-store credit.

 

Refund Or In-Store Credit

Originally purchased item(s) may be returned to Tommer Pro Audio within thirty (30) days of the ship date for refund or in-store credit in the amount of the item(s) sales price less the original freight cost at the time of purchase.  If the originally purchased item included a Shipping Promotion such as “Free Shipping”, “Free 2-Day Shipping”, and/or other reduced, discounted, subsidized, waived, and/or omitted freight cost, the value of that Shipping Promotion in the amount as applied to the original purchase will be deducted from the returned item(s) refund or credit value and amount refunded or credited as applicable.

Exchange item(s), if defective, may be returned for in-store credit towards in-stock item(s).  Exchanged item(s) not applicable for refund or additional exchange.

Please allow three (3) to ten (10) days processing time from when we receive your returned item(s) to provide evaluation, refund, exchange, and/or in-store credit, as applicable.  Our Customer Service will contact you at the earliest opportunity as part of our RMA process.

In-store credit is applicable to in-stock item(s) only; not applicable to item(s) designated as Out of Stock or Special Order.

Refund(s) for purchase(s) made by credit card or debit card will be transacted only to the original credit card or debit card used at the time of purchase; no exceptions.

Refund(s) and/or in-store credit for purchase(s) from Tommer Group's Tommer Pro Audio Site not eligible for disbursement in the form of cash or check regardless of Buyer’s original method of payment; no exceptions.

 

Defective Product Claims

Although our goal is 100% quality products, instances of exception may occur and we’re here to help! If you believe the product you received is defective, please visit our Contact Us page and submit an RMA request. Our goal is timeliness, with most RMA requests responded to within one (1) business day.

Defective item(s) with valid RMA returned to Tommer Pro Audio within thirty (30) days of the item(s) original ship date are applicable towards return for refund or exchange for in-store credit towards in-stock item(s), and subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions described herein.

Additional manufacturer warranty coverage and/or support for the item(s) purchased may continue to be available after thirty (30) days from the original ship date.  Please Contact Us for further assistance and information regarding manufacturer warranty coverage and support.

 

Damaged Upon Arrival Claims

Claim(s) for item(s) damaged upon arrival must be received by Tommer Pro Audio within three (3) business days of the item(s) delivery date.  The damaged item(s), with valid RMA, must also be returned to Tommer Pro Audio within thirty (30) days of the item(s) original ship date.

To make a claim and request an RMA for item(s) damaged upon arrival, please visit our Contact Us page and submit your claim request using the form fields provided.  Our goal is timeliness, with most claim requests responded to within one (1) business day.  Damaged item(s) claim(s) otherwise subject to all other terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions described herein.

 

Abuse of Return Privileges

Tommer Pro Audio’s Returns Policy is intended to provide a fair and reasonable opportunity for return or exchange of purchased item(s) to help ensure to the best of our ability that our Customers purchased the right product for the application and that a quality product is received.  Please note that misuse and/or abuse of the Return privileges, including but not limited to untruthful, inappropriate, damaged, and/or excessive returns, may violate the spirit of our Return Policy and may be subject to additional limitations and/or exclusions, up to and including suspension of return privileges at Tommer Pro Audio’s sole discretion.
